2027: Obi begins consultation, visits Gov Bala to discuss Nigeria’s future

The former presidential candidate of labour party, Peter Obi on Thursday visited governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir to discuss the future of the country, ahead of the next election.
He said this during his visitation to governor Bala Muhammed Abdulkadir of Bauchi State, at the presidential lodge of the Bauchi State Government House.
The former governor of Anambra, Obi said that he is in Bauchi State for consultation with the state governor about his presidential election to come in 2027.
He noted that he is also in Bauchi to discuss the future of Nigeria with governor Bala.
“I’m in Bauchi State to discuss the issue of our dear country. I’m also here for consultation with governor Bala as he is the chairman of PDP governor’s forum and has been a critical person in Nigeria politics.
He said that he’s in the state to discuss the future of the country and will continue to grow.
The former governor of Anambra and the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi said that There’s poverty in Nigeria that needs to be addressed for the future of the country.
In his part, governor Bala Muhammed Abdulkadir thanked the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi for visiting him to discuss the future of the country.

Governor Bala described Peter Obi as the strong opposition leader in the country, And added he has respect for Obi, especially for his style of politics in Nigeria.
Governor, Bala said “I am ready to work with Peter Obi to make sure that we bring good governance to the country in a manner that will rescue our country from this midiocas that are parading themselves as leaders”
He said that time has come for them to step out and they will do it with sincerity and focus because their coming together is a message that will bring good results.
Adding that “All our colleagues, the state governors are on this kind of journey” he stressed.
