Bogoro LG councilors elect Gwandah as leader

The thirteenth (13) Councillors of Bogoro local government area of Bauchi State on Tuesday elected one, Gwandah Simon as the leader.

Gwandah Simon before he was elected as the leader of 13 Councillors, was the Councillor representing the people of Bogoro C. Ward.

The election was held at the local government Secretariat where he was elected unopposed.

In his acceptance speech, Gwandah expressed gratitude to the colleagues for seeing him worry in order to lead the 13 ward Councillors for some years.

He assured all the Councillors that he will work with them for the development of the 13 wards and the entire Bogoro local government area.

The newly elected leader of the Councillor, Gwandah called on colleagues to support the leadership of the local government chairman, Surveyor Yakubu Lawi Sumi whose ideologies are towards the growth and transformation of Bogoro.

While the remaining ward Councillors promise to give the new leader massive support for the development of the 13 wards that formed Bogoro local government area of Bauchi State.
