Hardship: Cleric urges Tinubu to tackle the rising hunger in Nigeria

A cleric in the Mount Zion Foundation Gospel Revival Mission, Uburu in Ebonyi State, Apostle Nwaze Ogbonnya, has urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to immediately tackle the rising hunger and sufferings amongst the citizens of the country.
He prayed for the nation Nigeria and further advised the president to find a lasting solution to hunger in the country by investing more in agriculture, through seed companies and industries, so that hunger will be reduced.
Nwaze who said that properly trained children are the foundations of every prosperous nation, however charged parents to be intentional about the training and upbringing of their children.
The cleric spoke during the 2nd Annual Holy Convocation of the church, which was held at the church from 6th to 12th, December 2024.
In his sermon on Holy convocation, Apostle Nwaze ogbonnaya, admonished the members of the church and general public that they should stop being weak parents, because according to him, weak parents cannot control their children, which he said usually results in problems in the society.
“For instance, David was a weak father, see Samuel 13:1-End, David bungled a crisis into his family because, He couldn’t administer justice and peace in his home, it resulted in great problems for future generations.
“David had a lovely son called Amnon.He was loved by his father, when he committed offence within the family, the father condoned it and later absalom planned and killed his brother Amnon for it.And absalom was killed .this brought problem for David in his own time”
Nwaze, therefore advised parents to exhibit strengths in training their children and wards in order to build a great nation, because God gave the earth to man.
In his message for the year he released prophecies on the 17th march 2024,He foreseen communal crises between ogwu uburu land in ohaozara local government area Ebonyi state and its neighboring village in enugu.
He advised the community to seek the face of God.And evangelist Emeka Samuel moved for vote of thanks while prophetess Beatrice Njoku thanked God for the successful end of the program.
