Niger Sports Commission Chairman, Masu, Mourns Galadima’s death

The Chairman of the Niger State Sports Commission, Abdul Danjuma Masu, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Alhaji Ibrahim Galadima, describing him as a sports titan whose legacy in Nigerian football and sports administration will remain evergreen.

In a condolence message made available to newsmen in Minna, Masu said the late Galadima was a visionary leader who played a historic role in the growth and transformation of football in Nigeria during his tenure as President of the Nigeria Football Association.

 He noted that the deceased was widely respected for his administrative competence, integrity, and unwavering commitment to the advancement of sports in the country.

According to him, Galadima’s leadership qualities and passion for excellence helped to shape the development of Nigerian football and inspired generations of sports administrators across the nation.

He added that the late football administrator’s contributions to the game would continue to be remembered for many years to come.
“His death is a great loss to the entire sporting community. 

He was a symbol of dedication, discipline, and selfless service to the growth of sports in our country. Nigeria has indeed lost one of its finest sports icons,” Masu stated.

The Niger State Sports Commission Chairman further extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the deceased, his associates, and the entire Nigerian sporting family, praying Almighty God to grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and to grant the late Galadima eternal rest.
