PDP stalwart, Wakil scores Gov. Bala high in the fight against insecurity in Bauchi

The stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Bauchi State, Iliya Godiya Wakil, has said that Governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir’s unwavering dedication to the preservation of peace and security remains admirable and indispensable.
He said that the administration’s strategic fortification of security architecture, reinforcement of community-policing mechanisms, and sustained investment in peace-consolidation initiatives demonstrate a commendable commitment to public safety.
He further said that “Even with such laudable efforts, true success depends upon robust collaboration between government institutions, traditional custodians, community vanguards, and the entire citizenry. Our synergy is the bedrock upon which enduring tranquility can be constructed”

“My beloved people of Bauchi state, particularly the people of Bogoro,DassandTafawa-Balewafederalconstituency, I deem it necessary to speak to you with utmost candour regarding the escalating security concerns confronting our dear Bauchi State”
Wakil said that the current situation demands an elevated degree of vigilance, communal alertness, and civic conscientiousness from every one.
He further said that security cannot be abdicated solely to government operatives, but it is a collective obligation.
According to him, said that “implore you to be observant, to scrutinize unusual movements, and to immediately communicate any suspicious or aberrant activities to the appropriate authorities.
“Our survival hinges on timely intelligence, proactive engagement, and unflinching attentiveness”
Iliya Godiya Wakil calls on traditional rulers, youth coalitions, women associations, and religious leaders to intensify their communal safeguard systems and remain resolute in protecting ancestral lands.
Wakil reaffirm his readiness to advocate for initiatives that will bolster security presence, empower youth, and elevate cooperation between governmental bodies and grassroots institutions.
