‘Stop your ridiculous criticism against Gov. Nwifuru – Youths tell Nwoba

The youth leader in Ishielu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State has tasked the stakeholders of Ikwo LGA to prevail on Nwoba Chika Nwoba who is a social media activist to stop ridiculing and unnecessary criticism against the state governor, Francis Nwifuru.

The youth leader, Egbe Stephen Chinoso, is also the Special Assistant to the Chairman of Ishielu Local Government Area on Youth Mobilization.

He alleged that Nwoba has written negative articles aimed at ridiculing and distracting the governor.

Egbe attributed the writeups by Nwoba as “false fabrications”.

According to him: “We are not happy with the articles produced by Chika Nwoba. We support constructive criticism, as it serves as a guide for the government to identify areas needing improvement.

“However, such criticism should never devolve into personal attacks. we believe Nwoba should also adopt a more constructive approach rather than attacking the current administration directly,” he added.

Egbe emphasized the importance of unity within the local government areas, urging the youths of Ikwo to remind Nwoba of the need for respectful dialogue.

He pointed out that while criticism is valid, it should always aim to support and uplift leaders instead of tearing them down.

“We all know that our governor, like any human, is not infallible. He has his mistakes, and we are not blind to that. However, excessive exposure of his faults could ultimately harm our state and the leadership we have in place,” he said.
