“I urge everybody to go into farming, let us feed first. Farming is something we can do by ourselves not government. I and my family members are ready to go into farming. If you have food, I don’t think you will count yourself among people who are lacking things.

“Since government can provide some certain incentives for agricultural programes, then why don’t we go into farming? If you are hungry, what do President Bola Ahmed Tinubu gets to do about it, he (President) can’t do it alone, all of us has to join hands and go to the farm or did the President told you not to go to the farm, even the one at your back yard? The answer is no.

“Let us go and farm, think about what you are going to produce by yourself. You can produce enough quantity of garri, rice and other products and dash others. Why must you wait for the President to give money before you go to your farm, even the one at your back yard to farm.

“Did President Bola Ahmed Tinubu seize everybody’s land? The answer is no. You need to know that you can solve the problem by yourself, if there is food sufficiency, you see that everybody will stop going to Abuja.
