18 kidnap victims freed by terrorists in Sokoto

No fewer than Eighteen individuals who was kidnapped by suspected terrorists, in sokoto state, at the weekend regained freedom.

The NATIONS NEWS NIGERIA reports that the victims were taken into hostage from Gidan Bakuso in Tsetse District of Gada Local Government Area of Sokoto State by the suspected terrorists.

Brigadier General Alexendra Tawasimi, the Garrison Commander of the 8th Division announced the rescue of the kidnapped victims at the weekend.

He introduced seventeen Quranic school pupils and a lady who were rescued from Zamfara Forest to Governor Ahmed Aliyu at the Government House.

It was gathered that the Governor, Aliyu offered a donation of One Hundred Thousand Naira to each of the victims.
