The Chief Whip of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, Musa Wakili Nakwada on Saturday said that he is the only Christian in the Assembly but treated equally with muslims..

Musa Wakili Nakwada who is the member representing Bogoro Constituency said that during the Assembly’s plenary, the same thing that they open with Muslim prayer, they will also choose him as christian to give opening prayer.

He said this during the fund raising occasion of the 2025 Zaar Day Annual Art and Cultural Festival, held at the Harmony High School, opposite Police Training School Yelwa, Bauchi.

The lawmaker, Musa Wakili Nakwada expressed his appreciation to the leadership of the Bauchi State House of Assembly and other honorable colleagues for considering him equal in everything they do in their activities.

According to the lawmaker, Musa said “Am the only Christian out of the 31 honorable members of the Bauchi State House of Assembly but treated equally”

He urged the leadership of the Zaar Development Association (ZDA) Bauchi Branch to make good use of what they get during the occasion for the development of the land

The lawmaker, Musa urged Zaar people to fully support the administration of the State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir in order to continue with the good development he had started in the State.
