Bauchi Works Commissioner tackles Ex-govs over alleged negligence of Tapshin community

The Bauchi State Commissioner for Works and Transport, Titus Saul Ketkukah has tackled the former governors of the state for allegedly neglecting and failing to develop the Tapshin community, especially during their tenure.
He insisted that it is only in governor Bala’s administration that the said Tapshin community is receiving developmental attention.
According to him, the Governor, since coming to office in 2019, ensured that each and every community feels the positive impact of his administration.
The commissioner stated that Bala Mohammed has turned his community to become a city by constructing the Boi-Tapshin road, including a standard bridge that links Bauchi state with Plateau state from that axis.
Ketkukah who made this known during his thanksgiving service at the Church of Christ In Nation’s (COCIN) LCC Tapshin in Tafawa-Baleawa local government area of Bauchi State, described governor Bala as a humble and transparent leader.
He explained that, with the bridge and the road constructed by the State governor, business activities have become easier and more profitable compared to the past.
He praised God for the opportunity to serve, and for His wisdom, strength, guidance, protection and more years ahead.

“It’s marvelous to come together in thankfulness to God no matter our circumstances. It was an uplifting experience that reminded me of the many blessings we learn from one another in life.
Also speaking at the event, Rose Daffi of the department of civil engineering, University of Jos, Plateau State, described the commissioner as a humble, transparent, diligent and hardworking man.
She said that the faculty of engineering and the entire management of the University of Jos will always support the commissioner with prayers and other things.
In his sermon, Rev Lawi Pokti who took his reading from the book of James 1:17 and ii Corinthians 9:15 with the theme: Thanksgiving, said every good and perfect thing comes from God.
The Reverend who is also the former Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) Bauchi State, urged the Commissioner, Ketkukah to make good use of the opportunity to bring development to Bauchi State.
