Ajaokuta stakeholders passes Vote of Confidence on Gov. Ododo, Reps Abdulraheem

Stakeholders in Ajaokuta Local Government have passed a vote of confidence on Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and the member representing Ajaokuta Federal constituency Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem.
The All Progressive Congress, (APC) executives in the Local Government led by it Chairman Yakubu Supa, met with Abdulraheem at his Lokoja residence on Monday.
The delegation, comprising 14 ward chairmen and ward secretaries, commended Governor Ododo and Egidi for their remarkable impacts and efforts in fulfilling their campaign promises to the people of Kogi State.
In his remarks, the Ajaokuta Chairman, Association of Local Governments of Nigeria, (ALGON) Yusuf lauded the federal lawmaker and Governor Ododo for their good work in the State.
Speaking on behalf of the Secretaries, Abdulhameed Ivavah however, applauded Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem for his empowerment schemes and development projects, citing the recent giants empowerment scheme as a talk of the town.
Responding, the Federal Lawmaker Sanni Egidi congratulated the party leaders on Gov Ahmed Ododo’s recent supreme court victory, noting that the effort of party leaders that secured victory for APC will never go unnoticed.
The lawmaker highlighted his achievements which includes but not limited to construction of bridges, boreholes, roads, schools, rehabilitation of roads, Sharing of palliatives, Employment and empowerment of constituents, sponsorship of several bills among others.
He reiterated his commitment to servant leadership and fostering a workable relationship with the state government to benefit Ajaokuta constituency.
Dignitaries present at the occasion includes Abanika Taiye, Commissioner for Urban and Housing; Musa Sandra, Special Adviser to the Governor on State Emergency Management Agency, (SEMA), Hussein Balogun SA to the Governor, Salihu Onde and other party stalwarts.
It was gathered that the federal lawmaker paid homage to one of the Ajaokuta political leader Baba Ali.
