2025: Politicians, Philanthropic Personalities to receive humanitarian service Diamond Awards

In recognition for excellence service to humanity the Annual Humanitarian Service Diamond Awards (HSD Awards) is now open for nominations for its 2025 edition by Nigerian citizens. 

The nominations are open for eminent Nigerians, humanitarians, and social impact organisations that have impacted positivity on lives of underprivileged in the country. 

Nominations are open until June 20th, 2025, and can be submitted via email provided by the HSD Awards Organizing Committee.

This prestigious award recognizes individuals, public servants, and organizations that have made significant contributions to humanitarian causes and societal development in Nigeria.

The HSD Awards celebrates compassion, service, and the pursuit of human dignity, spotlighting those who have made lasting impacts through community development, philanthropy, and social responsibility. This year’s event will commemorate World Humanitarian Day.

The award categories include Lifetime Humanitarian Hero and heroine, humanitarian governor of the year, 

Most Outstanding First Lady Pet Project Initiative, Philanthropic Personality of the Year, Humanitarian Posthumous Award, Most Outstanding Private Organization in CSR, and many more.

The Executive Director HSD Awards , Comrade.Ikechukwu Norbert, emphasized that the annual event has captured top dignitaries, Changemakers, and social impact organizations, including politicians, Captain of industries, philanthropists among others.

He emphasized that the Organization is Committed in working toward a national movement—mobilizing humanitarians into political leadership. 

By 2027, building momentum for humanitarian leaders to be reelected or elected into public offices at all levels, from local councils to the federal government.
