I, Dr. Mrs. Ngozi Obichukwu the Commissioner for Aviation and transport technology, Chuba Okadigbo international Airport Onueke Ezza South LGA, on behalf of the entire staff of the ministry, deeply felicitate with our dynamic, pragmatic and workaholic governor of Ebonyi State, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Builder Francis Nwifuru, his dear wife, Chief Mrs. Mary Moduline Nwifuru, the deputy governor, Princes Patricia Obila, and host of other prominent stakeholders of the state, on this auspicious occasion of marking the two years anniversary celebration of our dear people’s oriented governor.

Your Excellency, the impactful good governance and display of your great prudence in the management of lean resources, has developed and transformed Ebonyi State into a modern city of world class. You have shown that you are a round peg in a round hole. This, you have manifested through the lots of  achievements witnessed in the ministry of Aviation and transport technology.

You have ensured the completion of the Asphalting of the Airport runway, Motorized borehole, Repair and replacement of fallen Aluco board, construction of crash gates, currently the installation of runway Airfield lightening among other notable projects at the Airport is speaking volumes.

As we celebrate, Ebonyians are urged to see that His Excellency’s two years anniversary is focused, reliable, performance- driven and result- producing governance in general terms. 

We pray to the Almighty God to grant you deeper vision, knowledge and good health/ strength to continue to plot the affairs of the state beyond 2027.
