Works Commissioner, group call for deeper unity, peace in Bauchi

The Bauchi State Commissioner on Works and Transport, Titus Saul Ketkukah and citizens of the state in diaspora, have advocated for an enhanced unity and peace amongst the people of the state.

The Commissioner spoke during a courtesy call by the Bauchi residents in Plateau State, known as Tapshin Development Association, TDA, Jos Branch that took place at his Umar Abubakar Secretariat office, Bauchi State.

Titus Saul Ketkukah said that Governor Bala didn’t appointed him as Commissioner because of his capacity, but because his from minority, Tapshin community, Ngas land and also Tafawa-Baleawa local government, mean while the seat is not only for him alone.

The Commisioner told the visitors that they should carried the news to Jos and everywhere that the level of infrastructural development in Bauchi State is transformational and unprecedented that have never been seen somewhere.

He further said that almost all the 20 local government that formed the state infrastructural development is all over there and it’s because of the good effort of the State Governor, Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir.

Earlier in a remark, the chairman of the Association, Nde Andrew Munkaila said that they have always been praying for the unity, peace and progress of the State.

Munkaila assured the Commisioner that they will collaborate with him and the State Government in prayers for a resounding success of their tenure.

“We want you to know how happy we are that you have appointed as the Bauchi State Commissioner of Works and Transport, it’s give Tapshin Development Association Jos branch and the entire Tapshin community hope for the future”

“We appreciate the Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir for finding you worthy and give you the rare opportunity to serve in his administration” he stated.
