S’ Court: ‘Dispense Justice to all manner of persons without fear, favour- Fed. Lawmaker Leko urges justice Tsammani

The Deputy chairman House committee on NDDC, and member representing Bogoro, Dass and Tafawa-Balewa Federal Constituency in the national assembly, Jafaru Gambo Leko, has congratulated Justice Haruna Tsammani on his swearing in as a justice of the supreme Court.

The Nations News Nigeria reports that Justice Haruna Tsammani was sworn in by the chief justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola on Monday.

The lawmaker, Leko made this known in a statement signed and issued to newsmen in Bauchi, said that Tsammani’s elevation to the apex court, is a testimony of his proven character and not worthiness in the dispensation of justice.

He further described Justice Tsammani’s elevation as a shared of commitment to duty and service to our fatherland. 

The Federal lawmaker, Leko however prayed God to preserve and sustain him with good health, wisdom, grace, and allow him to succeed, as well to continue to be a vessel of justice and fairness.

“We are indeed proud of this very important achievement during our time as leaders, may Almighty God continue to guide you in all your endeavours and undertakings, the ability to perform even better in the new task ahead. Amen”

He urged him, Tsammani to always dispense Justice to all manner of persons without fear, favour, affection or ill-will.

“We praying God to grant him wisdom and courage to continue to serve with integrity, patriotism, truth and justice.

Leko further urged him (Tsammani) to remain focused on the national assignment given to him for the development of the land.
