A repentant cultist turned cleric, Rev. Canon Emeka Nwabia, has charged traders at Nkpor New Auto Spare Parts market, Idemili North Local Government Area, Anambra state to shun cultism, barbarism and other forms of maltreatment towards their fellow traders,
The cleric, Nwobia who was invited to preach at the weekly prayer session in the market, tasked traders to desist from any act that is capable of making them to maltreat fellow traders, adding that, when they do so, God will in his infinite mercy forgive their sins.
Rev. Canon Nwabia recalled his days as a cultist when they kill, maim, disfigure and curse innocent persons, just to satisfy the devil they worshipped, stressing the need for them to embrace God.
“I am born again today, not because I am poor but because I had tested those criminal lifestyles but saw nothing in them.” He said.
He said that one can surpass all challenges, obstacles from relations, friends, business partners and others who are on one’s way and are in the position to help but couldn’t, due to wickedness and selfishness, but only when you are a genuine born again child of God..
The prayer session, organized and hosted by the New Parts Evangelical Team with the theme, “Calvary Experience,” put fear into the traders when the cleric hinted that he was second in Command to his boss in cultism and other related crimes that have to do with harming unsuspected general public
“Then as a cultist whenever our master said that somebody will fall, it means somebody will die and be used as sacrifice and it is only myself and the secretary knew what he meant.
“There is no two ways about it, somebody must die. Again if the bose uses left hand to price goods in the market, the owner of the goods will become poor and depart to his village,” he further explained.
The chairman of the market Chief Obiora Ofoleh, after the prayer session unveiled temporal dual urinal system (men and women) which he provided for traders in D Line and other lines around them, established after several complaints from the traders from D line that the normal traders’ toilet facilities are far from their shops.
According to him” I did this in line with the state government directive of a clean, liveable and prosperous Anambra state and to ensure that the drainages are not messed up with urine” he said.
