Ramadan: Ex-PDP council chair, Gobbiya task Muslims to build peace, unity in Nigeria

The former party chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Bogoro local government area of Bauchi State, Andarawus Adamu Gobbiya has tasked Muslims to forgive one another ans build peace and unity in Nigeria.
Gobbiya who made this known in a statement signed and issued to newsmen in Bauchi, felicitated with governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir and the entire Muslim Ummah in the state.
He called on Muslims across the country to totally submit themselves to the will of Allah, even after the Ramadan.
Gobbiya, a board member on special school management board in Bauchi state, however charged Muslims to imbibe the essence of Ramadan by fostering unity, conformity and charitable deeds beyond the fasting period.
He also, admonishes the Muslim ummah in Bogoro, Bauchi State and Nigeria at large to remain committed toward building peace, love and unity.
“Show forgiveness to one another and communities, as that is the true essence of the Ramadan season.
He called on Muslim faithful to be watchful and prayerful as they celebrate the end of the Ramadan fast.
