Ex- NEC member, Anyanwu applauds APC for reconciling aggrieved members in S-East

The Former member of the National Executive Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Nduka Anyanwu, has commended APC stakeholders in the southeast zone on their collective resolve to unite in the interest of the party.
Anyanwu made this known through in a statement signed and issued to newsmen shortly after the recent APC Southeast Executive Committee and Stakeholders meeting held in owerri, the imo state capital.
He lauded the decision of the stakeholders to set-up a technical committee, saddled with the responsibility of reconciling all aggrieved members in the five states of the southeast geopolitical zone.
The Abia APC stalwart, Anyanwu noted that unity of purpose is required, if APC is desirous to win elections and form governments in the southeastern states, emphasizing that a house divided by itself cannot stand, hence the need for every stakeholders to sheathe their swords and unite in the interest of the party.
Anyanwu noted also that with the overwhelming turn out of party members at the southeast stakeholders meeting, APC is strategically fortified and poised to take over the whole states in the region to be able to provide good governance to the doorsteps of the people.
The immediate past Board chairman of Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), commended the Governor of Imo state, Senator Hope Uzodinma for displaying the spirit of true democrat, leader and loyal party man in hosting the peace parley.
He described the appointment of Governor Hope Uzodinma as the southeast coordinator of the APC as a superb, expressing confidence in the governor’s capacity towards galvanizing the party in the southeast.
“Governor Hope Uzodinma has remained committed and dedicated in advancing the interest of our region and the nation at large. I must say equivocally that he is the best thing to happen to the All Progressives Congress, igbo nation, and Nigeria.
“He has been in forefront for the integration of southeast in the national politics, especially in our collective desire to produce a President for the country; and also in our collective journey towards regional transformation of the southeast, through productive connection and partnership with the federal government” he stated.
Anyanwu further called on Igbos to queue behind the APC and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led government for more democratic dividends in the region.
