Distribution of Ramadan palliative reduces hardship, poverty in Bogoro – Council Boss, Sumi

The Chairman of Bogoro local government area of Bauchi State, surveyor Yakubu Lawi Sumi on Friday said the distribution of Ramadan Palliative provided by the state governor, senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir will reduce hardship to the less Privilege people across the LGA.

The council boss, Sumi stated that during the flagged-off of the 2025 Ramadan Palliative distribution, held at the premises of the local government Secretariat.

He said that the distribution of the Ramadan palliative will definitely ease the burden of the less privileged, particularly at this time of fasting.

According to the local government chairman, Sumi said that “The palliatives, consisting of essential food items and other necessities, were carefully allocated to ensure equitable distribution across 13 wards”

He advises the beneficiaries to make good use of what they get and feed their families with.

He further urged the good people of the local government to continue to support the administration of the state governor, senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir for the development of Bogoro, Bauchi state and Nigeria at large.

The local government chairman of Bogoro, surveyor Yakubu Lawi Sumi, expressed his appreciation to the state governor, senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir for a wonderful job done to the good people of the local government.

In his part, the councillors leader of the local government and the councillor representing Bogoro C. Ward, Gwandah Simon thanked governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir of the state for the kind gesture.
