Viadimir Putin has been Re-elected as the President of Russia for the fifth term in office.

it was gathered that Putin won the election by 87% of the final vote and is now set to serve the country.

The election, according to officials, had seen the highest voter turnout since 1991, with Putin reporting unchallenged public support for his return to the presidency.

An exit poll broadcast saw his victory surpass the previous 77% support that he received in 2018.
