Be patient, Tinubu will stabilize price of goods, boast economy – Gov. Bala tells Nigerians

The governor of Bauchi State, senator Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir on Thursday said that the polices of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration will soon stabilize the price of commodities and the Nation’s economy.

Bala made this known during the flag off of the second round of distribution of palliative items to the  people of  State, which took place at the Abubakar Tafawa-Balewa Stadium in Bauchi state

He said that the hunger and suffering of people in the state will be over, especially with the distribution of the Ramadan relief supplies.

The Nations News Nigeria reports that the palliatives that was flagged off includes: 40,000 bags of corn, 40,000 bags of millet, 20,000 bags of rice, and 10,000 bags of sugar.

He emphasized that the palliatives will be distributed among all the local government area’s and all the wards in Bauchi state. 

Governor Bala, assured that the third phase of the palliative is in progress, adding that his administration will ensure that the distribution of the palliatives, is done with the utmost honesty and transparency.

He however, applauded President Bola Tinubu’s administration for making policies that would stabilize food and commodity prices, boast economic growth, and advance both the prosperity and well-being of the populace.

“The Bauchi state government has been consistent in assisting people in the state, through various humanitarian interventions, such as the Kaura Economic Empowerment Program, targeted at alleviating the plights of the vulnerable population in the state,” he said

Earlier in a remark, the committee chairman for the palliative distribution, Aminu Hassan Gamawa thanked governor Bala Mohammed Abdulkadir for a wonderful job done to the people of the state.

He vowed to distribute the palliatives fairly and without any sentiment.
