Alia denies appointing new VC for Benue Varsity

Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia has debunked rumours of appointment of new vice chancellor for the Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University Makurdi.

He explained that the process for the appointment of a new Vice Chancellor for Father Adasu University, Makurdi is ongoing. 

According to him, the process must be completed and a public announcement of the new helmsman shall be made by the Visitor to the University, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth  Alia 

Alia in a statement by his chief press secretary Tersoo Kula, said at the moment, “there is an Acting VC in place.

“The public is therefore to note and disregard any unfounded rumour’ he stressed.
