Nyong who was the Governorship Candidate of ADC in 2023 election in cross river Made the comments yesterday  shortly after the ADC  stakeholders meeting in Calabar, the State Capital.

He questioned why the huge investment in airline business considering the present financial position of the state when there are other critical areas begging for attention, coupled with so much hunger in the land.

He asked, ” how much revenue has been recovered from the first two aircraft currently managed by  another private airline, recalling that Imoke’s administration also bought an aircraft whose whereabout is not known”

“This is happening in a state where there are no public buses and no motorable roads to move farm produce from rural areas to the urban centres

Nyong who is the Deputy National Publicity Secretary  of ADC maintained that the cost of these aircrafts would be enough to fix many bad roads across the state and buy buses to assuage the sufferings of the people
