Ex- Buhari’s health minister, Nyong Nsan dies at 77

The former minister of Health during Buhari military regime  between 1983 – 85, Emmanuel Nyong Nsan has passed on at the age of 77 years 

According to the family head, Asuquo Nyong Nsan, Village head of Ifondo in Atimbo Clan, Akpabuyo local Government Area of cross river state while announcing the final burial obsequies in Calabar 

Asuquo said that Nsan served the Country meritoriously having served the Country during the military regime of Muhammadu Buhari first as the Minister of works and then Health, stating that he deserves to be honoured by giving him a befitting burial 

The family head stated that since the demise of the former minister, this is the first time the family is announcing his demise 

“Since the demise of our father and brother, this is the first time we are telling the world about the passing away of Emmanuel Nsan officially and this marks the commencement of his obsequies.

He said Nsan was a traditional man and that his departure to eternity had created a vacuum in the family and the community.
