The Nations News Nigeriareports that the peaceful solidarity protest for Tinubu’s administration by Ebonyi youths, especially Izzi Nnodo youths forum, converging at the Nkwagu Ugbala ground Arena is targeted at cantering the forthcoming 1st, August nationwide hunger protest by Nigerian youths in the state.

It was gathered that the youths, especially Izzi Nnodo youths forum to embark on the solidarity protest for President Tinubu’s led administration scheduled to hold Monday, 29th July 2024, reportedly made LGA chairmen and other prominent stakeholders in the state to mobilize Youths from their various communities, to come to the capital city en mass for the solidarity protest.

Recall that the solidarity protest would have taken place last Saturday but was cancelled due to the reasons being that the governor, Francis Nwifuru, who would receive the protesters at the government house, travelled.

It was further gathered that the cancellation was also to enable the organizers and sponsors of the Tinubu’s solidarity protest to engage in adequate mobilization of youths from the 171 political wards and 13 local government areas of the state.

Investigation revealed that various non governmental organizations, NGOs, market women/ youths, support groups and human Rights organizations, etc, will be participating in the President Tinubu’s solidarity protest that will be taking place in Abakaliki, capital city of Ebonyi State, Monday.
