    Lekki ZDA Chairman, Yusuf Emerges Winner Of The 2024 Zaar Art, Colors Ambassador

    The Chairman of the Zaar Development Association (ZDA) Lekki Ajah Chapter, Lagos State Branch, Ambassador Godiya Yusuf on Tuesday emerged winner of the 2024 Zaar Arts and colors.

    Announcing the result in Bauchi, Comrade Emmanuel John Rica who is the CEO and convener of the Zaar Arts and colors said that Godiya Yusuf scored two hundred and fifteen votes (215) and declared a winner.

    While Dogara Bitrus Magaji who scored a number of two hundred and twelve (212) votes, a difference of only three (3) votes and that showed that the contest was very hot.

    He said that “Godiya Yusuf, having obtained the highest number of votes, is hereby declared the winner and the Zaar Arts & Colours male ambassador award for the year 2024”

    The CEO and the convener, Rica urged both the winner and the loser that they should take everything as the will of God and to continue working tirelessly for the development of Zaar Land.

    In another development, Miss Luchong Ruth Mamani emerged winner of the female category, who scored 152 votes to defeat her closest rival Miss. Happy Daniel who scored 98 votes.

    In his acceptance speech, Godiya Yusuf expressed his appreciation to the good people of Zaar Land for choosing him to be the 2024 ambassador of Zaar Arts and Colors.

    He said that “I am so thankful for all the support you all have given to me during this hot chased Zaar arts & Colour contest, I couldn’t have emerged the winner without you. To my lovely  wife, friends and family, ZDA Lekki Ajah Chapter,  ZDA Lagos Branch, ZAYODA Lagos, and to my great supporters from the zaar Arts  and colour”

    “Thank you all for making this event a colorful one indeed. I must appreciate my Brother Mr DOGARA BITRUS MAGAJI  for this hot contest and we are all winners. It is good to know that we love our culture and traditions”

    Also, to the Chairman of the Organising committee and his members I must say thank you for Zeal you have shown in making sure that this event comes out worthwhile, thank you Sir.

    He urged the good people of Zaar Land to always be proud of their tribe by speaking and also teaching the language to the children, particularly those who are in cities.

    The newly elected ambassador of the 2024 Zaar Arts and Colors, Godiya Yusuf promised to wear the color everywhere in order to continue promoting, so that the culture will not die. 

  • College: Zaar Youths partner Chief librarian to boost education in Buachi

    The Zaar Youth Development Association ZAYODA on Monday applauded the appointment of Mr. Madalla Ajemasu as the chief librarian of the Bauchi State college of education.

    The youths made this known in a statement signed and issued to newsmen shortly after a courtesy call at Ajemasu’s house in Birshi Gandu, Bauchi State.

    The delegation of the association led by the chairman, Samu Haruna described madalla’s appointment as the will of God.

    The association said that the appointment of Madalla as the librarian of the Bauchi State college of education, is a well deserved appointment.

    The leadership of the association expressed hope that the college library under the new dispensation will not only be enhanced in experience and organisation, but also deepened to impact the nation and its citizens. 

    The association urged him to work in the fear of God, partner the association for the betterment of Zaar land, Bauchi State and Nigeria at large

    Urged him (Madalla) to use his experience as the chief librarian of the college to make the school good, particularly in his department.

    They also, appealed that he should consider Zaar Youths in terms of admission, any job in order the land to develop.

    Responding, Mr. Madalla Ajemasu thanked them for the visitation and appreciated people that supported him during the battle for the appointment.

    He promised to support Zaar sons and daughters in all their activities.

    He said “Don’t doubt me, I will represent you well”

    The chief librarian of the college, Mr. Madalla Ajemasu urged them not to doubt him, because he will work hard for the development of Zaar land, the school, Bauchi State and Nigeria at large.

  • Bogoro council boss, Lusa tasks youths to promote Peace, unity in Zaar land

    The council chairman of Bogoro local government area, Bauchi state, Markus Bitrus Lusa has tasked the newly elected officials of the Zaar Youth Development Association, ZAYODA, to promote Peace, unity in Zaar land.

    Lusa made this known while speaking with newsmen shortly after the swearing in of the newly elected ZAYODA officials, that took place in Bauchi state.

    The Bogoro council boss, Lusa who was represented by the Councilor representing Lusa district, Arziki Ndit encouraged the newly elected ZAYODA officials to work with the fear of God, for the betterment of Zaar land, Bauchi State and Nigeria at large.

    The Nations News Nigeria reports that the elected ZAYODA officials was sworn in on Sunday by barrister Ignatius Solomon ESQ.

    Solomon, urged the newly elected officials to discharge their duties diligently with sound mind for the betterment and development of zaar land.

    In his speech, the newly elected chairman of the association, Samu Haruna expressed gratitude to the people of Zaar land for voting him massively for the second term in office. 

    Samu Haruna who is a lecturer at the Adamu Tafawa-Balewa College of Education, Kangere said that “Winning this election is not just a personal triumph but a shared victory for each member who believes in the vision of progress and unity”

    “Let’s come together as brothers and sisters to make  the Zaar Youth Development Association (ZAYODA)  Bauchi branch great again, and to those who have served this Association in different capacities, both living and departed, for their invaluable contributions to the development of the association and the Zaar Land at large.

    Haruna added that “I am here to listen, learn, and work collaboratively to achieve our shared goals” he stressed.

    Also, the newly elected Zaar Development Association (ZDA) Mr. Yohanna Zaccheaus encouraged the Youths not to allow anybody to destroy their future.

    The ZDA Chairman, Zaccheaus further prayed for the success of the Youth officials, while urging them to work together to promote Peace, unity in Zaar land.
