The Nasarawa State Government has announced plans to inaugurate Zonal and Local Government Coordinators of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots mobilization and public awareness of the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Secretary to the Government of Nasarawa State and Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors in the state, Labaran Shuaibu Magaji, SAN, disclosed this in a public announcement made available to journalists in Lafia.

He explained that the move was aimed at sustaining the information dissemination and propagation of the activities, programmes and policies of the present administration.

“The general public is already aware that owing to our determination to sustain the information and propagation of the activities, programmes and policies of the present administration under the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Federal Government, there is the need to have structures across board,” Magaji stated.

According to him, the National Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Governor Hope Uzodinma, had earlier appointed State and Local Government Coordinators across the country to deepen the initiative.

“It was for this reason that His Excellency, Hope Uzodinma, was appointed as the National Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors. Consequently, State and Local Government Coordinators were also appointed by the National Coordinator,” he added.

The SSG further announced the appointment of Zonal Coordinators to replicate the structure at the senatorial district level in the state.

Those appointed include Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi for Nasarawa West, Sen. Philip Arawa Gyunka for Nasarawa North, and Mohammed Ibrahim Alkali for Nasarawa South.
